Beany's accounting packages are designed to cover all the main accounting work your business needs each financial year.
Each package has a 12-month commitment as the monthly payment covers the total annual cost, divided into 12 instalments.

Each package covers 1 business entity (i.e. 1 company, partnership, trust or sole trader business).
If you have multiple entities, we can discuss this with you and provide a quote that covers all of them.

Additional services
Here are some services not included in your accounting package, but we can provide them as separate add-ons. Just get in touch with our team to discuss your needs.
- Extra Accounting Work: While the package includes support for standard tasks, additional or complex accounting work may incur extra charges. We'll always let you know in advance if any additional fees apply.
- Software Subscriptions: The package doesn't include the cost of your accounting software subscription. However, we can discuss various options to find the best fit for your business.
- Software Setup: If you're new to Xero or QuickBooks, we can help you get started with initial setup and optimisation. Contact us for more information about this service.
- Bank Reconciliation, Bookkeeping, Payroll and VAT Returns: Some of these are included in certain packages. If they're not in the package you're on, they can be added on for an extra monthly fee. In many cases, it may be cheaper to upgrade packages.
