From 1st October 2024, our prices will be changing. If you're an existing Beany customer, your current pricing will remain unchanged until your package renewal date for your Sole Trader/Form/Flow/Flex package and VAT add on. For example, if you have paid for six out of twelve monthly instalments of your Beany package (indicating your renewal month as May 2025), the new pricing will apply during your renewal in May 2025.
The price increase for payroll and bank reconciliation will come into effect from 1 October 2024.
We’ve maintained our previous prices for as long as we could and haven’t increased the prices for the products listed below in the last two years. Thank you for understanding that these adjustments are now necessary to ensure we can continue providing you with the quality of service you deserve!

How do I find out when my package renews?
To access your renewal date, follow these steps:
- Log into your Beany account and click the "You" tab.
- This will display all the entities and personal records associated with your Beany account.
- Select the name of your business, and you will be directed to a page showcasing your renewal date.
